## Who this is for

Individuals who want to do the relational work — whether their partner is in therapy with them or not. Whether they're partnered, single, dating, or somewhere in between.

This is for people who recognize their own patterns showing up across relationships and want to understand what's beneath them. Who want to communicate differently. Who want to feel more whole, in or out of partnership.

## What we'll focus on

Together, we'll look at the recurring dynamics in your closest relationships — not to assign blame, but to understand the deeper patterns.

We'll work with what arises in the present, in your body, and in your history. You'll begin to recognize your triggers, soften toward yourself, and respond from a more grounded place.

This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about meeting the parts of you that have been waiting for attention.
